[Important] Paytm Voucher Issue during (1st - 15th) Jan 2021

Recently, we have heard from our members that those members who have exchanged their points for Paytm vouchers during (1st - 15th) Jan 2021 could not redeem their rewards in Paytm mobile app due to the following error:

Error: Wallet conv fee is not present.

Therefore, we reached out to Paytm Care for help and got the following response:

Please ask users to enter an amount that is more than the voucher value and pay the additional amount to make this work. 
For example, if the voucher value is INR 100 then the user can enter INR 101 and pay INR 1. In this case, INR 1 will be added instantly and a cashback of INR 100 will be credited later within 24 hours.
